Live-streaming capability
In addition to the ongoing technical support I provide Yoga MCC, I brought to life new live-streaming capabilities for the studio.
During the lockdowns of COVID-19 (2020-2022), the yoga studio owners and teachers needed a way to maintain engagement with their clientele, and maintain revenue to keep their business alive. Working with the studio manager and owner, I reviewed the studio spaces and building infrastructure to asses the possibilities and requirements of implementing a live-streaming solution.
While keeping in mind restrictions of cost, time, and minimizing staff and teacher interaction with software and hardware, together we created and installed solutions for each studio space. The solution provided live-streaming services easy enough for the yoga teachers to operate on thier own with minimal instruction and support. Additionally the implimented solution allowed teachers to teach from home while still using the same tools and processes, which was a significant benefit for the comapny; allowing them maintain classes while still in heavy Covid lock-downs. As part of the solution, all of these services were provided on a deferred payment plan during COVID.
